Pool fine but for me to cold. Location fine, been here many times before, "Older type of accommodation, and others services are handy for most people. Again the location was/is most important for us... Like many hotels they suffered severely during the last almost 4 years, and they all hope more guests will arrive...

i have been visiting this hotel periodically for last 10 years<< it is in excellent position,, within 1 km of all chiangmai has to offer> excellent value.. spotless presentation

Not the best hotel but it was very good for the money. Rhe location ia very convenient and the staff are friendly.
